Just wondering what roughly the max speed is in each gear on the 1.2 8v as I have no rpm counter. When thrashing the car I am sometimes at 80mph in 4th gear (on a private road) At lights I'll also go to just under 30mph in 1st gear (if I'm in a rush) Don't worry I ain't constantly at 80 in 4th just like say if I drop it down after braking, so

USED FOR - it was used first for town driving, but then, motorway journeys, covering 120miles a day and it was starting to take its toll on the vehicle, ie. it was burning oil, starting to rattle etc.
