Color Swatches -- switching from CMYK to RGB. I created a newsletter that uses 2 spot colors (PMS 1795 and PMS 293). In my swatches palette, there are 2 icons next to the color -- one indicating the spot color and the other is either CMYK or RGB. The PMS 1795 has the spot and CMYK icons. The PMS 293 blue has the spot and RGB icons.

One of the shapes in my template has come out a different red (the swatches were CMYK despite the document colour mode being RGB). I would now like to select all the paths in the document and make them all RGB red. However, when I open the colour panel from the dock the sliders are CMYK, again this is despite the document colour mode being RGB:
Aug 15, 2022. Happily HSB is actually defined as a simple mathematical transform of RGB. So there is no such thing, for example, as an HSB profile; HSB is always qualified by the RGB space it is transformed from. Just convert to RGB with suitable profile, and then use the standard formula to convert to HSB. 1 Upvote.
